Nominees:

The most promising scientists in the field will be selected among applicants. The National O.R. Societies first will collect the applications and make a first selection and finally the Scientific Committee select and confirm the nominees. The procedure to apply for ESI2014 will be publish soon and managed through National OR Societies.

Participation fee:

No fee will be requested from the participants for accommodation and for the scientific programme.

Insurance:

No insurance will cover the participants.

Travel of the participants:

The ESI does not cover travel expenses from the country of origin to the location of the ESI. National O.R. Societies are encouraged to find financing to cover travelling expenses of their participants.

Accommodation:

Accommodation and food will be offered free of charge to the participants.
Usually a ESI will take place in student houses of a University in the summer period in order to decrease costs. Hotel accommodation at the low season is also a possibility.
